Ingredients
- 1 1/2 Cup Coconut milk (or plant-based milk of your choice)
- 1/4 cup Mango (frozen or fresh)
- 2-4 tbsp RA Naturals mango, pineapple or mango-pineapple sea moss
- 1/2 tbsp Maple syrup (date sugar, coconut sugar or agave syrup)
Instructions
- Measure 1 1/2 Cups of Coconut milk and put in the blender
- Measure 1/4 Cup of Mango (frozen or fresh) and put in the blender
- Add 2 – 4 tbsp of RA Naturals mango, pineapple or mango-pineapple sea moss to the blender
- Add ½ tsp of maple syrup (date sugar, coconut sugar or agave syrup) to the blender
- Blend for 5 minutes
